I’m Rachele, a licensed psychotherapist supporting folks struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression and disordered eating. I’ve been in practice for 8 years. I work with clients to build trust and safety, and then foster an environment in which they can explore, reflect and grow.

Working with me, you can expect a warm, empathic person, who uses humor and awareness of the present moment to build connection.

Each person is unique in what they’re wanting from therapy, and in what might work for them, but some techniques I’m versed in include somatic therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness.
